Private Events at Fairgrounds St. Pete
Fairgrounds St. Pete is a unique destination sure to make a lasting impression on your guests. More than a museum, we offer a visually rich and entertaining immersive environment made by acclaimed local artists. With over 15,000 square feet of immersive exhibits we provide options for music, activities and games, as well as food and beverage services.
Event Size: Up to 120 guests
Minimum Rental Time: 4 hours (2 hours for event, 1 hour prep, 1 hour for clean up)
Days Available: Monday through Wednesday; or Thursday through Sunday can be made available with surcharge fees
Rental Rates: $3000+ depending on the event size and time booked; events during peak times will incur surcharge fees
Food & Beverage : We have a suggested caterer. However, we are willing to work with the caterer of your choice.
Set Up: Fairgrounds St. Pete can offer several setups to suit your preference including cocktail receptions, presentation and meetings setups and seated dinners.
Music: We recommend music groups of 1-3 performers for our space. We will require them to do a site visit before the event. We can provide recommendations. Musicians must be insured.
Add-On Activities: Fairgrounds St. Pete can provide private tours and other group activities such as scavenger hunts for additional fees.
