About FloridaRAMA
FloridaRAMA, formerly Fairgrounds St. Pete, is an arts and entertainment destination with an immersive art experience, rental venue, gallery space and cafe located in St. Pete’s Warehouse Arts District. The destination is designed for all ages and interests and invites everyone to explore the intersection of creativity, technology and culture.
Inside FloridaRAMA, guests can find an immersive art experience created in collaboration with more than 75 mostly local artists, boasting a captivating world of playful exhibits which celebrate original Florida stories. Outside of the experience, guests are invited to partake in a robust calendar of events, enjoy the bar and cafe, explore the art gallery and take in the cultural campus.
Located at 2606 Fairfield Ave S., FloridaRAMA is Tampa Bay’s most unique venue offering an expansive menu of options for guests to host their next event.

Meet the Team
Liz Dimmitt
Founder / CEO
Liz is founder and the curator at large at Fairgrounds St Pete. She oversees the company’s operations and ensures we stay focused on our mission and vision. She has leadership experience in immersive art, cultural strategy and private equity. She holds a BA in Finance from Georgetown University and a MA in Art Business from NYU. She is an active participant in NYC’s and Tampa Bay’s cultural communities and was born and raised in Dunedin, FL.
Tyson Johnson
Co-Founder / Advisor
Tyson, played a crucial role as COO in the development and expansion of Fairground St. Pete from its humble beginnings to a fully operational enterprise. Leveraging his expertise in design, fabrication, and entrepreneurship, he assumed a proactive and dynamic leadership role from the inception of the company. Now, an esteemed advisor, he provides invaluable support while contributing to the refinement of its financial projections.
Mikhail Mansion
Co-Founder / Advisor
Mikhail, an accomplished media artist and design-engineer, played a vital role in designing and building Fairgrounds St. Pete. As the Chief Creative & Technology Officer, he guided the company’s artistic and technological endeavors during its inception, spearheading creative innovations to enhance the museum’s immersive experiences. Today, he continues to support the company as an esteemed external advisor.
Olivia Mansion
Co-Founder
Olivia laid the ground work for the inception and early years of Fairgrounds St. Pete, directing and leading the marketing, communications and artist relations, and creating and telling the story and mission of Fairgrounds St. Pete. Olivia has a Masters in Education, English Linguistics, and Cross-Cultural Studies from Brown University, and a Masters in Entrepreneurship from The University of Tampa. She was born in Venezuela and calls St. Pete home.
Kristin Hemphill
Creative Director
Kristin comes to Fairgrounds St. Pete with 25 years of expertise in design and creative project management. She has worked with some of the world’s leading brands overseeing commercial interior design, brand development and environmental implementation. A certified jeweler, artist and creative entrepreneur, Kristin has always had a passion for mixing materials creating unique environments that are as functional as they are beautiful. As Fairgrounds Project Coordinator she ensures project goals are met and each immersive space comes together in the most efficient, fun, and creative way possible.
Lindsay Collore
Office Manager & Marketing Associate
Lindsay comes to Fairgrounds St. Pete with over 10 years of finance and administration experience. Lindsay’s daily contributions as Office Manager and high level of attention to detail are integral to the success of all Fairgrounds St. Pete departments. As a Florida native, Lindsay feels right at home immersed in the weird, wacky, wonderful Florida we celebrate here at Fairgrounds St. Pete. She is an animal lover, avid reader, thorough researcher, and nail art enthusiast.
Sarah Hardin
Marketing Manager
Sarah is a passionate and enthusiastic digital storyteller with a strong background in marketing and content creation. She blends her artistic and journalistic skill sets to share compelling stories of Fairgrounds St. Pete with the world. Sarah manages the company’s social media accounts, designs graphics, and is a spokesperson for the company. Sarah is also an avid swing dancer, shark tooth hunter, kayaker, and underwater videographer. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Central Florida and is originally from St. Cloud, Florida.
Katelyn Maher
Experience Manager
Katelyn is the Experience Manager at Fairgrounds St. Pete, where she plays a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the entire experience operation. Katelyn’s journey began as an Experience Guide, progressing to Shift Lead and then an Assistant Manager, showcasing her unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership abilities. Her passion for uncovering the hidden narrative woven throughout Fairgrounds St. Pete adds a layer of intrigue to the visitor experience. Hailing from Long Island, New York, she holds a BA in Graphic Design and Leadership/Management from Eckerd College
Christina Belgin
Events Manager
Christina has been working as a professional event director for more than 20 years and brings her extensive experience to Fairgrounds St. Pete. She is known for her exceptional logistical skills and the ability to plan and execute well-organized events that are tailored to meet the client’s needs. Christina has a unique talent for bringing people together and creating unforgettable experiences, whether it’s a small wedding, film festival, or large convention. Her work has been featured in publications such as The Knot, and she was recognized by Grace Ormonde Weddings as an upcoming planner. When she’s not working, Christina enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and watching football.
Jarah Adams
Assistant Experience Manager
Jarah is the Assistant Experience Manager at Fairgrounds St. Pete. In his role, he works alongside the operations team to provide excellent customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests. A proud local, he was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida and earned a BS in Integrated Public Relations and Advertising from the University of South Florida- Tampa.
Emma Murphy
Assistant Retail & Ticketing Manager
Emma is the Assistant Retail and Ticketing Manager at Fairgrounds St. Pete. In her role, she works alongside the experience and marketing teams to oversee all retail functions and support the experience operation. She is originally from St. Petersburg, Florida and earned an AA from St. Petersburg College.
Atlas Singleton
Exhibit Technician
Atlas joins the Fairgrounds St. Pete team with 5 years of experience working in technical theatre as well as immersive special events and various audio/visual and scenic construction roles. In his role, Atlas works to incorporate new exhibits and ensures that existing art is maintained. When not working at Fairgrounds St. Pete, you can find Atlas building and repairing his collection of retro technology and video game consoles & peripherals, supporting local drag artists across Florida and working with various LGBT activist groups. Atlas is almost entirely self-taught in his craft and is excited to learn and grow alongside the Fairgrounds St Pete team.
Ashley Goodwyn
Exhibit Technician
Ashley joins the Fairgrounds St. Pete team with 14 years of experience in multimedia fine art fabrication and design, as well as 4 years as a technician at UrbanGlass in Brooklynn, NY. In her role, Ashley supports to incorporate new exhibits and ensures that existing art is maintained. When not working at Fairgrounds St. Pete, you can find Ashley kayaking and swimming through Florida’s waterways, playing DND and working on her own art practice. She earned a BFA from Alfred University and an MFA from The University of Wisconsin in Madison. She is originally from Montgomery, AL.
